Name a Cinema Auditorium
Foundational Stewardship of The Mariemont Theatre
Overview
As part of the Mariemont Theatre’s transition into nonprofit stewardship under Cindependent, we are inviting five lead supporters to steward one of the theatre’s five auditoriums—referred to as “Houses.”
Each House represents a foundational investment in the theatre’s stabilization, readiness, and long-term sustainability. Stewardship at this level supports the essential work required to care for a historic cinema during a moment of transition and ensures it remains a vibrant, community-centered gathering place.
Naming a House is an act of preservation and care. It signals visible early stewardship and reflects a shared belief that the Mariemont Theatre is worth sustaining—for today and for generations to come.
What This is - and Is Not
This is:
An act of preservation and leadership
Visible, values-driven stewardship
A foundational investment in the theatre’s future
This is not:
Transactional sponsorship
Advertising or promotional branding
Ownership of the space
Recognition reflects stewardship and care - not control.
Investment: House stewardship is a lead-level philanthropic commitment. Investment amounts reflect the scale and seating capacity of each auditorium.
